AERO Component Repair Experience

The History of AERO Component Repair, LLC™ began more than 40 years ago, when Bill Moskwa, a Vietnam War-era veteran, earned his Airframe and Powerplant License. He continued his education to earn an engineering degree. Since then, he has spent his entire career manufacturing, repairing, and overhauling FAA Flight Engine components – the last 13 years including industrial turbines. NDT, R&D, Quality, and Process Engineering prepared him for the past 30 years of managing and presiding over a successful business.

At AERO Component Repair, LLC™, he is using his experience and expertise to solve some of the most complicated problems for customers. From part manufacturing to repair, Bill has worked diligently to make AERO Component Repair, LLC™ your go-to solution.

Serving Multiple Industries

Our processes and machining capabilities serve multiple industries, such as:

We serve customers all over the world, providing a great deal of value to customers. A major benefit of what we do is give our customers significant cost savings. It is much more beneficial to the bottom line to repair a part than to replace it. We also understand that turbine components must be repaired in a timely manner.

We work with you to establish a repair process that will put the part back into service as soon as possible. We can repair or fabricate parts for:

  • Flight turbines (DER repairs for flight engine hardware)
  • Industrial turbines (turbine nozzles, inner and outer combustion liners, turbine shaft air/oil seals, turbine blades, and turbine nozzle segments)

With experienced and certified personnel working on your project, you can count on it being done right. When we repair a part, we greatly extend its operating life.

MISSION STATEMENT

AERO Component Repair LLC™ will meet or exceed customer requirements by executing and maintaining continual improvement of all of its processes. It will accomplish this through focused improvement of its employees and processes.
